Getting started

Create and set up your Heep account without leaving Claude.

• get_setup_status — What is set up and what is left, with a link for each step.
• search_google_listing — Find your restaurant on Google Maps.

Connect your channels

Start channel setup in Claude and complete provider authorization or forwarding in your browser.

• get_channel_status — Stored connection status for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and email; reconnection and email setup needs.
• connect_social_channel — Start WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger connection and get the browser authorization URL (settings managers only).
• sync_whatsapp_connection — Check hosted WhatsApp setup progress and sync the completed connection into Heep (settings managers only).
• setup_email_channel — Get the Heep receiving address and forwarding and sending-domain setup steps (settings managers only).
• get_phone_setup_status — Phone number, missed-call settings, forwarding plan and evidence of incoming calls; no number purchase or carrier changes.

Conversations and guests

Read what your guests wrote and act on it.

• search_conversations — Search by name, phone, email or message text.
• get_conversation — Read a conversation's messages.
• reply_to_conversation — Prepare a reply to a guest — sent only after you confirm.
